We have entered the era of AI overexcited but underprepared. Join us for an evening of discussion, presentations and questioning on one of the most pressing and all-pervasive matters of our age. From job displacement, loss of creativity, climate and environmental impacts to ethical implications of tech overstep and defence uses, AI has entered every area of our lives, faster than anyone anticipated. This event aims to get everyone thinking and talking about the unavoidable elephant in the room.  

The Phoenix of Gaza - screening & Q&A with director

An opportunity to watch this award-winning and unique personal film, shot just weeks before the genocide began, by Palestinian filmmaker and journalist Yousef Alhelou. It shows rare footage of Gaza before its destruction, capturing its beauty and the resilience of its residents.  It now serves as a heartbreaking and crucial archive of its past.  The screening will be following by a conversation with Yousef Alhelou.
