Join us for an evening at Roseberry Road Studios with filmmaker and journalist Yousef Alhelou. This is an opportunity to view his unique personal film, which was shot just weeks before the genocide began. The award-winning documentary (22 awards to date) features rare footage of Gaza before its destruction, capturing its beauty and the resilience of its residents. It now serves as a heartbreaking and crucial archive of its past. The screening will be followed by a conversation with Yousef.
There will also be delicious vegan falafel wraps, prepared by Yousef and his family, available to purchase...so don't eat before you come.
